Project Summary
Promark System was commissioned by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia to design a comprehensive "Intelligent Room" and Command Center. This project integrates over 7,000 CCTV camera points distributed across the Ministry's various work units, research institutes, and operational sites throughout Indonesia.
This national-scale project encompasses the design of an integrated system architecture and the command center facility, the integration of multiple security subsystems, and the establishment of enterprise-grade VPN connectivity linking hundreds of locations to a single central control hub—making it one of the largest Command Center implementations within an Indonesian government ministry or agency.

Project Background
The Ministry of Agriculture possesses a geographically distributed organizational structure spanning Indonesia, comprising the Headquarters in Jakarta, the Indonesian Agency for Agricultural Research and Development (IAARD) along with dozens of research units, Directorates General, the Agricultural Quarantine Agency with posts at seaports and airports, as well as Major Centers and Technical Implementation Units (UPT) across 34 provinces.
Prior to this project, each work unit managed its CCTV and security systems independently and without standardization—resulting in a lack of centralized visibility, system fragmentation across locations, slow incident response, and high operational costs due to infrastructure duplication.
The Ministry of Agriculture requires an integrated system capable of consolidating all CCTV cameras, integrating physical and electronic security subsystems, and establishing secure, reliable network connectivity across all locations within a single Command Center.
Command Center Architecture 9 Integrated Subsystems
The following is the Command Center architecture designed by Promark System, integrating nine key subsystems into a single unified platform:

1. CCTV / Video Surveillance (7,000+ Points)
- 7,000+ IP cameras deployed across national work units
- Minimum resolution of 2MP (1080p), up to 4K for critical locations
- Standard protocols: ONVIF Profile S & G, RTSP, H.265/H.264
- Edge Recording + Central Monitoring architecture
- Distributed Network Video Recorders (NVRs) with a Central Video Management System (VMS)
- Recording retention period of 30–90 days, based on security zone classification
2. Intelligent Video Analytics (IVA)
Four intelligent analytics modules based on Deep Learning and GPU processing:

6. Intrusion Alarm System
- Sensor perimeter dan interior terintegrasi
- Auto-popup kamera terdekat saat alarm aktif di Command Center
- Eskalasi otomatis ke pihak keamanan dan manajemen
7. Emergency Evacuation System
- Public Address (PA) system dan signage evakuasi dinamis
- Mass notification via SMS, email, dan PA simultan
- Integrasi dengan fire alarm dan smoke detector
8. Unified Communications
- IP PBX, intercom antar pos keamanan, push-to-talk digital
- Integrasi dengan sistem radio existing
9. Tele/Video Conference
- Multi-site conference hingga 50 lokasi simultan
- Content sharing, collaborative workspace, auto-recording
